I've actually heard that before. A buddy of mine spent the summer up in BC and said that none of the cops f*cked with him all summer when he was out riding. Around here, you'll get stoped just cause a cop thinks it odd to see people out riding... Honestly, it isnt all of 'em but I'd say a solid 80% of cops in the states are just flat out dicks.
